The Breathing Challenge.
This challenge is to learn how to BREATHE through life.
It is amazing what BREATHING can do for you.
Each morning, take at least one minute to simply BREATHE, with mindful thoughts.
1. Breathe in the positive and breathe out the negative.
2. Breathe in new visions and dreams and breathe out past trials and challenges.
3. Breathe in clarity and direction and breathe out confusion and chaos.
4. Breathe in peace and breathe out disruption.
5. Breathe in confidence and breathe out insecurities.
6. Breathe in strength and breathe out weakness.
These are some examples, but I also challenge you to make it personal.
For instance:
Whatever you are facing each day, put the thought in your mind, think about what you need to achieve and accomplish, and breathe in its success, and breathe out any thoughts of its failure.
After completing the challenge each day, let me know your thoughts!
